[ Overview ]

There are two game modes: "STORY MODE" and "RULE MODE".
"STORY MODE" starts the game with your trained character, while "RULE MODE" challenges you with a fixed set of stats.
The former is recommended for people who want to enjoy gradually growing their character; the latter for those who prefer a more arcade-like feel.

Your character is chosen from "Lemulene", a wide-range, balanced type, and "Azerlete", a focused-fire, mobile type. Each also has a simple-control "C Equipment" and a complex-control "S Equipment". The equipment changes not only the game balance but, at higher ranks, the enemies' attack patterns as well.

The game can be played on six difficulties from EASY to PANDEMONIUM, and the stage rank further changes through five levels from 0 to 4-EX depending on your play. The higher the rank, the fiercer the enemy attacks, but the score you earn also rises slightly. Some scores and medals are also distinguished by stage rank.

Character growth is divided mainly into four elements: "Level", "Accessories", "Crystals", and "Dynamic Enhancement".
"Level" rises with the EXP earned through play, and raising it increases your character's base stats themselves.
"Accessories" can be bought in the Item Shop or obtained through play, and change your character's stats and control characteristics.
"Crystals" are paired with "Dynamic Enhancement": by allocating the crystals you gather through play to each stat, you can strengthen specific aspects of your character. This strengthening becomes the base value for the "Dynamic Enhancement" gained from various in-game actions.
"Dynamic Enhancement" is a growth element limited to the current play; the corresponding stat rises as you destroy enemies, score overkills, and so on.

There are two shops: the "System Shop" and the "Item Shop".
In the "System Shop" you spend coins earned in-game, mainly on goods that make the game system more convenient.
In the "Item Shop" you spend jewels to buy equippable "Accessories".

You can also earn "Medals" by meeting various conditions during play.
Medals provide no gameplay advantage, but they serve as one measure of your progress.
